At EEPM Riding School in Eindhoven, Netherlands, a special mini photoshoot day took place, bringing together students, their families, and their beloved horses for a memorable experience. This event was particularly special as it was organized by a talented student as part of her final exam project. The day featured both blacklight and traditional portrait photoshoots, creating an enchanting blend of creativity and personal connection.
The Vision Behind the Event
The photoshoot day was the brainchild of Renate, a dedicated student at the Aeres College, who designed this event as part of her final exam project. Her vision was to create a memorable experience for the riding school community, combining her love for photography and horses with her organizational skills. Renate's goal was to celebrate the special bond between riders and their horses, and she did so with remarkable creativity and flair.
Blacklight & portrait
Featuring two different kinds of photography sessions that captured the essence of this equestrian community. Renate’s expertly planned a blacklight photography setting inside the stables, where natural lights and shadows combined to create a deep black background. This setting was used to showcase the deep bond between riders and their favourite school horses in a more dramatic setting.
In addition to the blacklight, the portrait sessions provided a beautiful contrast with a charming autumn/winter backdrop. Carefully chosen locations around the stables and paddocks allowed families to pose with their loved ones. These portraits not only showcased the unique connection between each rider and their horse but also created lasting memories of their time at EEPM Riding School. The blend of blacklight and traditional photography offered a diverse and rich collection of images, celebrating the artistry of Renate vision, the joy of the day and the heartfelt bonds shared within the riding school community.
